8. Wow! Robyn Hitchcock makes some really cool music. It's quirky, funny, complex, satirical and, perhaps most importantly, musical. Invisible Hitchcock is one of those albums that is timeless, and yet it takes you back to the halcyon days of music and society when music could be just as much about self-loathing as it could be about happy fantasy/5(9).

9. Invisible Hitchcock is an attempt to catch up with this in the mid-'80s, including tracks that appeared on EPs and b-sides as well as a few unreleased items. "All I Wanna Do Is Fall in Love" is a nice pop item, while "A Skull, A Suitcase and a Long Red Bottle of Wine" has quite a bit more meat.
